- Press the button. A lesson is only recorded as done when you press "Mark Complete & Continue" at the bottom. Reading or scrolling alone does not save it.
- Look for the green check on the lesson in the course page. A finished lesson also shows "Completed" at the top.
- Make sure you are signed in. If you were signed out, sign in and press the button again. See I can't sign in, or I keep getting signed out.
- Check the course is open. If the course is locked or needs a subscription, the button sends you elsewhere instead of saving. See Why is a course locked?
- Refresh the course page.
Leaving a course keeps your progress, so it is safe to leave and come back.
If it still does not save, contact us through the Contact page with the course and lesson name.
