Both emails come from Whipline Crane Academy. The subjects are "Confirm your email address" and "Reset your password".
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Check spam or junk, and folders such as Promotions or Updates.
- Check the address. A typo in the email you typed at sign-up is the most common cause. Look at the address shown in Account Settings. If it is wrong, change it there (you need your password).
- Ask again. For a confirmation email, sign in, open Account Settings and press "Send it again". For a reset, go to the reset page and submit your address again.
- Use the newest email. Only the newest reset link works, and it lasts one hour. Confirmation links last 48 hours.
- Allow the sender. Add the site's sending address to your contacts or safe senders list, and check that your email provider or work filter is not blocking it. Work and school mailboxes are the most likely to block.
- Try a different address for the account if yours keeps blocking it. Change it in Account Settings, then confirm the new one.
The reset page gives the same reply whether or not an account exists. If no reset email ever arrives, you may have registered with another address.
Still nothing? Use the Contact page and tell us the email address you are using.
