The courses, lessons, questions, exams, charts, images, audio, software, and design of the site belong to Whipline Crane Academy, LLC (WCA) or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Your license. While your account is in good standing, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WCA content for your own study only.
What you may not do. You may not copy, reproduce, record, screenshot and share, post, sell, share, sublicense, distribute, or publish WCA content in any form. That covers lessons and text, images and diagrams, videos and audio, quizzes, exam questions and answers, load charts, walkthroughs, knowledge base articles, and the read-aloud audio. You also may not:
- share your account or login with anyone;
- use scrapers, bots, or AI tools to copy, capture, or extract content from the site; or
- use WCA content to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
Exam questions and answers must never be shared or posted, whether in a group chat, a forum, social media, a document, or anywhere else. That includes posting them in our own forums.
If you break these rules. WCA may suspend or end your account, with no refund of the current period, and may take legal action and pursue any other remedy the law allows, including seeking an injunction and recovering damages and costs.
Your content. Separately, you keep ownership of what you post yourself, such as forum posts and replies, tutoring questions, and files you attach (see below).
Posts and uploads. You keep ownership of what you post, such as forum posts and replies, tutoring questions, and files you attach. By posting, you give the Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content as needed to run the site, including showing it to other students (forum posts) or to our instructors and administrators (tutoring questions). You promise that you have the right to post it and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
