The site does not currently have a button for deleting your account or your data. To ask us to remove your account, send a request through the Contact page.
How to ask
- If you have a subscription, cancel it first so you are not charged again. See Updating your card, cancelling or resuming.
- Open the Contact page and write from the same email address as your account, so we can find it.
- Say what you would like removed: the whole account, or specific information.
Please do not put your password in the message.
Things you can do yourself
- Edit or remove your certification ID and other profile details in Account Settings.
- Delete your own forum threads and replies from the forum.
- Turn off email notifications in Account Settings.
