A free account gives you the New Student Orientation, a free Core Drill every two days, forums and the free knowledge base articles. You need one account per person.
To create your account
- Go to Create Account.
- Fill in your first and last name, a display name, your date of birth, where you found us, your email address and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Press the sign-up button. You are signed in straight away and taken to the site.
- On your first visit you are asked a couple of quick questions about your certification plans. You can change your answers later in Account Settings.
About your display name
- It is the name other students see in forums. Your real name is not shown to other students.
- It must be 2 to 30 characters, using letters, numbers, spaces, dots, dashes and underscores.
- It has to be unique, and it cannot contain words like admin, instructor, moderator, staff, whipline or support.
Confirm your email
Right after you sign up we email you a link titled "Confirm your email address". Open it to confirm that the address is yours. The link works for 48 hours.
Confirming is not required to look around the site, but you must confirm your email before you can subscribe. Until then you will see a banner on your Account Settings page with a "Send it again" button.
