Everything about your payment method and your plan is managed on Stripe's billing page, which you open from the site.
To open it
- Sign in and open Account Settings.
- In the Subscription box, press Manage Billing.
- You are taken to Stripe. When you finish, use the link there to return to the site.
The Manage Billing button appears once you have started a subscription. If you have never subscribed, you will see a Subscribe button instead.
Update your card
On the Stripe page, choose the option to update your payment method and enter the new card.
Cancel
On the Stripe page, choose the option to cancel your plan. You keep your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your Account Settings will then say "Cancelled. You keep access until" and the date.
After that date your access to the paid parts of the site ends. Your account and progress stay, and the free parts remain open.
Resume or subscribe again
If the Stripe page shows an option to renew or keep your plan before the end date, use it. If your subscription has already ended, open the Subscription page and subscribe again.
