Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings using Manage Billing. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and the site shows the date. See Updating your card, cancelling or resuming.
Refunds
The site does not yet publish a refund policy, so we cannot list refund rules here. If you think you were charged by mistake, or you have a billing question, contact us through the Contact page. Please include:
- The email address on your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- A short description of the problem
Please do not include your full card number or password.
