The basics
- The subscription is one monthly plan. The price is shown on the Subscription page.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, a payment company. We do not see or store your card number.
- You are charged when you subscribe, and then again each month on your renewal date.
Where to see your renewal date
Open Account Settings and look at the Subscription box. It says "Active. Renews on" followed by the date. If you have cancelled, it says "Cancelled. You keep access until" followed by the date.
Invoices and receipts
- Open Account Settings.
- In the Subscription box, press Manage Billing. This opens your billing page on Stripe.
- Look there for your invoices and payment history.
Stripe can also email a receipt after each payment. If you need a receipt that you cannot find, use the Contact page.
