Terms of Service Effective October 19, 2026 1. Acceptance. These Terms of Service govern your use of Whipline Crane Academy's training website at https://whiplinecraneacademy.com/. By creating an account, signing in or using the training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. 2. Your Account. Your account is for you alone. Keep your sign-in details private and tell Whipline Crane Academy at once if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. 3. The Training. Whipline Crane Academy provides the courses, lessons, exams and other training material on this website for your own training. Whipline Crane Academy may change, add or withdraw training at any time. Access may depend on your enrollment, your seat, or your employment or enrollment with Whipline Crane Academy. 4. Exams and Results. Exams must be completed by you alone, without help, notes or tools other than those the exam allows. Whipline Crane Academy may review results and may void a result obtained in breach of these terms. Any certificate or certification connected with this training is issued by Whipline Crane Academy or by the certifying body that grants it. Whipline does not issue certifications. 5. Conduct. You must not share, copy, record, photograph or redistribute exam questions or training material; use another person's account; interfere with the website; or use the website for any unlawful purpose. 6. The Platform. This training website runs on Whipline Enterprise, a platform owned, operated and licensed by Whipline Crane Academy LLC ("Whipline"). Whipline Crane Academy provides the training; Whipline provides the platform it is hosted on. Where Whipline has developed training for Whipline Crane Academy at its request, Whipline Crane Academy has reviewed and approved that training and is responsible for it as its own. 7. Training Content. Whipline Crane Academy alone is responsible for its training content, its instructors, its exams and their accuracy, and for any result, qualification or certification outcome. Whipline does not endorse Whipline Crane Academy's training material, including any training Whipline developed at Whipline Crane Academy's request, which Whipline Crane Academy reviewed and approved as accurate before publishing it. Whipline is not a party to the training relationship between you and Whipline Crane Academy. 8. Certifying Bodies. Whipline is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certifying body named in the training. Any affiliation, accreditation or authorization with a certifying body is Whipline Crane Academy's own, not Whipline's. Whipline does not issue certifications to anyone on the platform. Any certification is issued by Whipline Crane Academy or by the certifying body that grants it, under its own rules. 9. Platform Rules. Whipline enforces exam security across the platform and, where training prepares for a certifying body's exams, that body's compliance requirements, and may assist with or permit an audit of training material where a certifying body requires it. Where a certifying body's terms apply to Whipline Crane Academy's training, Whipline Crane Academy may not refuse to take part in an audit that body requires, and its training material and training records may be made available for that audit. If a certifying body investigates a suspected breach of its terms, Whipline may assist the investigation and share the relevant records, including yours, to the extent the law permits. You may not share your account, use another person's account, use tools or help to answer exams, copy, record or redistribute exam questions or training content, or interfere with the platform. Whipline or Whipline Crane Academy may suspend an account that breaks these rules. 10. Your Information. Whipline stores and processes your information to run the platform on Whipline Crane Academy's behalf, as described in Whipline's privacy notice, which is linked on every page of this website. 11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Whipline is not liable to you for the training, for any decision Whipline Crane Academy makes about you, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. 12. Whipline's Rights. Whipline may rely on and enforce these clauses directly, as an intended third-party beneficiary of these terms. 13. Suspension and Termination. Whipline Crane Academy may suspend or end your access at any time, including when your enrollment or employment ends or when you break these terms. 14. Changes to These Terms. Whipline Crane Academy may change these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and continuing to use the website means you accept it. 15. Contact.
